This class is a combination of strength, cardio, anaerobic fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance and core exercises coached through a variety of full body functional movement patterns for maximum calorie burn. Bootcamp is all about being in a positive team environment where you and your fellow cadets work as a team to motivate and support each other.
