ABOUT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This unique class focuses on coaching you in the major compound lifts in weight training (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Chin Up’s etc.). You get more than just a fantastic workout, you get an education. We coach you on mobility, strength training and muscle building, while helping you perfect your technique. This ensures that you can safely and effectively continue to build strength and stability on a solid foundation. This is followed by a conditioning session to encourage your body to tap into those fat stores as fuel, so you can become a stronger and leaner you!
